Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 2026
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Powerhouse Lottery operated by Moss Side Millennium Powerhouse Ltd (charity number 1077564). By purchasing a lottery ticket you agree to be bound by these terms. The Powerhouse Lottery is licensed and regulated by the Gambling Commission under licence number [NUMBER].
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or over to participate in the Powerhouse Lottery. Participation is restricted to residents of Great Britain. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to request proof of age and residency at any time. Anyone found to be underage will have their entry voided and any winnings withheld.
How to Enter
Tickets are available online via this website at a cost of £1 per ticket per week. Players select 6 numbers from 1 to 49, or may use the Lucky Dip option to have numbers selected randomly. Players may purchase up to 10 entries per draw. Payment is processed securely via direct debit. By purchasing a ticket you are entering all subsequent weekly draws until you cancel.
Draw Mechanics
The draw takes place every Friday at 8:00pm. Six numbers are drawn at random from a pool of 1 to 49. Results are published on this website and notified to winners by email. The draw is conducted using a certified random number generator. All draws are final and results cannot be challenged on the grounds of expected outcomes.
Prizes and Claims
Prizes are awarded for matching 3, 4, 5, or 6 of the drawn numbers. The jackpot for matching all 6 numbers is £25,000. All prizes must be claimed within 180 days of the draw date. Unclaimed prizes are returned to the good causes fund. Prizes will be paid by bank transfer. We reserve the right to publicise winners' names and prizes for promotional purposes unless you specifically request otherwise.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your lottery subscription at any time by contacting manager@msmpowerhouse.org.uk. Cancellations will take effect before the next scheduled payment. Tickets already purchased for an upcoming draw are non-refundable unless the draw is cancelled by us. In the event of a draw cancellation, all entry fees for that draw will be refunded in full.
Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR. We collect your name, email address, and payment details to manage your lottery subscription. We will not share your data with third parties except as required by law or to process payments. You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data at any time by contacting manager@msmpowerhouse.org.uk.
